Located 2min stroll to town centre, this hotel offers great views with a nice roof top. It is quite close to other residents so if you get the city view room, it may be facing local resident apartments. Overall good place to relax and have a nice view

We had such a lovely stay at Relax Hotel & Spa in the beautiful Sapa mountain town. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a super cozy bed and great air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and waking up to the mountains view felt like a dream. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, warmth, and breathtaking scenery! Loved the breakfast options too!

Male staff at the front desk wearing glasses was very rude. Almost shouted at us. We understand the policy of check in and check out. We are about to ask if we can extend for one more night since late check out is not feasible but the said staff who shouted at us mentioned that they are fully booked. Upon checking Agoda, they still have available rooms for that day. Never coming back to this hotel. Years of travel and this is the first time I experienced this treatment.
