Saphir Resort & Spa

We recently stayed at this hotel with a large group. We really enjoyed the beautifully maintained hotel grounds, clean rooms, tasty food, and overall – everything was quite good. A very special thank you goes to the animation team – Tolga, Angel, Anton, and of course DJ Roy. This amazing team made sure we had a great time every single day and took exceptional care to keep our entire group entertained, comfortable, and in good spirits – both during the day and in the evenings. It’s the first time we would genuinely consider returning to the same hotel again – just because of this incredible team. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for whole one week with our entire family (two children, my wife and myself) and we absolutely enjoyed our holidays here!! 💯 We have truly loved this very nice, comfortable and very clean hotel in Okurcalar. 🇹🇷 Everything has been great and almost perfect! 😉👌🏻 The hotel grounds have been here amazing - with a nice pool, sunbeds, pavillions for rest, amusement area, entertainment theater for evening shows and events, and lots of plants 🪴 and green, which is not very common in such hotels. The hotel staff and the service has been here just outstanding! Really everyone's been friendly and willing to help. However it's a small discomfort that majority of staff speak German and Russian, but not English.😠 In the XXI century, really...? 😂 What else? The food has also been very very good. Variety of fresh products and delicious specialties (both local ones 🇹🇷 as well as foreign, international), which've been served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A few minor issues, which we had, are the following: - Room service, even though one leaves a special green tag on beds (= meaning we don't need bed sheets to be changed), they did change bed sheets anyway. Happened twice. 🤦🏻‍♂️ And where's this "environmental approach of the hotel", as it's been promoted here!?!? - Hotel staff very poorly speak English. 😬 - Safe in our room got broken (probably inner battery discharged) and it wasn't possible to use pin keypad. Overall very pleased with our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for a lovely summer vacation at the Mediterranean Sea!! ☀️😎🇹🇷

pretty nice hotel to be, especially for people who do not want to leave the hotel during their vacation. Especially recommended for families 😊 I really liked the green garden, where we always found a shadowy space and relax during the day with our baby. 🌴🌿🌱🌳 Even though we spent our vacation in August , it was not that crowded so we had all the chance to find place on the beach. 🏖️ And it is not an extra large vacation resort, where you almost get lost 😂 I was very impressed by the kitchen stuff and the master cook. He came to us and informed us about the baby kitchen were we were able to find some baby food for our little baby as well.👨‍🍳🍪 very professionell and polite👍🏻 💆🏼‍♀️💇‍♀️ getting my nails and hair done was opposed side effect during my vacation. The hairdresser did a great job.😎🤩 🗨impressive: a lot of people approached us in German. So language was not an issue:) 😳The only thing that I found awkward were animation stuff: The resort had two types of animation staff: Some were young smiling positive and really active as well. And there were some old animation guys: I saw them only eating drinking and making stupid jokes oftourists. We didn’t really get what they were doing here as they were almost in the age of my kids grandparents and not into customer support at all.
