I’ve really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice starting with the front desk to the food&beverage department! Beautiful property that is kept clean and well maintained. The biggest and deepest open pool that I’ve ever stayed in the hotel with the lifeguard on duty is absolutely stunning. Breakfast is delicious, especially when watermelon is in season. Access to the beach with the lifeguard on duty and very warm water of the Caspian Sea. I absolutely would come back! Thank you to the entire staff of Sapphire Marine that made my stay special!❤️
Stayed for two nights at Sapphire Marine, absolutely loved our stay. Mina at the reception counter was exceptional to help and guide us around the hotel. The hotel has access to a private beach and two swimming pools.
The room's air conditioning was unbearably hot, and despite informing the staff, no solution was provided. The reception staff insisted the AC was fine, even though it was clearly malfunctioning with an EF error displayed. We spent two nights in discomfort due to this, and requests to change rooms were ignored. Breakfast was quite ordinary. I ordered a cappuccino and was initially given a cup of hot water. After clarifying my order, I was told I needed to pay extra for the cappuccino. Why not be upfront from the start instead of bringing hot water? When I asked for an additional cup to take my coffee with me, they refused and told me to bring my old cup. The breakfast staff were not accommodating, and the pastries were not fresh, with a very plain taste. On a positive note, I did like the decor of the hotel and the rooms. However, they really need to work on their professionalism and responsiveness. Even when we requested water for the room, it was not delivered, nor was there any apology, so we had to go to the market and purchase it ourselves.
