Sapphire Plaza Hotel

Jr and Babu at the restaurant were amazing, they gave excellent service. The kids really appreciated their friendliness and willingness to answer questions. Thank you 1000x, I will for sure stop by on my next trip to Doha.

The rooms were clean,breakfast was complementary, good food and service.

Positive Points: * Excellent Customer Service: Check-in and check-out were efficient and pleasant, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction. * Helpful Staff: Hotel personnel were consistently responsive and willing to assist with inquiries and requests. * Satisfactory Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the on-site steakhouse restaurant provided a quality dining experience. * Convenient Amenities: The presence of a coffee shop added to the hotel's convenience. * Prime Location: The hotel's location near various restaurants offered a desirable and accessible environment. Negative Points: * Severe Lack of Soundproofing: The most significant and detrimental issue was the complete absence of effective sound insulation between rooms. * Disruptive Noise: Constant noise from neighboring rooms, including conversations and general movement, made restful sleep impossible. Conclusion: While the hotel presented numerous positive attributes regarding service, dining, and location, the fundamental flaw of inadequate soundproofing completely undermined the experience. The inability to provide a basic level of quiet and privacy rendered all other positive aspects irrelevant. The constant noise intrusion led to severe sleep deprivation, effectively ruining the stay. Therefore, despite the hotel's other merits, I cannot recommend it. The lack of soundproofing is a critical deficiency that negates any potential enjoyment. Consequently, I will not return to this hotel, even if offered a complimentary stay.
