Cosy and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious & nice. Food choices for breakfast are limited, but still decent for a good meal!

Very good location, but walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Ac in the room need to improve, during this summer is too warm.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my parents, booking through the nurse discount portal connected to Agoda. Assuming most hotels are non-smoking, I inadvertently booked a smoking room. Upon realizing my mistake, I requested a change to a non-smoking room. The first staff member kindly declined, citing full occupancy, and without even trying to look for an empty non-smoking room. Which surprised me because the hotel seems to have plenty of rooms. And it's not busy season. The next day, I approached the front desk again. Though he didn't speak English, Touchi-san quickly understood my request. He quietly and efficiently handled the situation, returning with a new key for a non-smoking room. I was incredibly impressed by his service. This family trip to Hokkaido was planned before my marriage, so it was a meaningful trip for me to spend time with my parent for the last time. And while everyone in Hokkaido had been kind, my initial mistake at the hotel was disappointing. Touchi-san's help, however, left me with a very positive impression of Hokkaido. Thank you again; your help and dedication were truly touching. Overall, the hotel itself is outdated. And I hope they can change to a cotton pillow instead of a hard bean in it. Lastly, for international guests, it would be beneficial to have at least one English-speaking staff member for improved communication.
