Great place easy going, extensive food offering with very affordable prices compare to some other properties. The service is courteous and quick. Great location on the sea front. Clean and tidy nothing fancy but great. Been there in the past came back to escape our hotel stay and will be back
I had such a wonderful time here! It’s really nice because the resort will pick you up from the dock and take you back to the dock at the beginning and end of your stay at the resort. The food at this resort is delicious and made fresh and I love all the options for free breakfast. This resort is also next to one of the convenience stores/Mart’s on the island there are lots of cute dogs and cats that come by this resort, all of them are well behaved. The staff and Service was amazing at this resort. Mick was definitely my favorite and made my trip special. All the staff are fun to be around and do their best to give you the best possible service at the resort. There are also many activities you can plan through the resort and there is a nice pool, bar, and restaurant at the resort as well. The rooms were clean and you can decide when to have maid service. I had no issues with bugs in my room. all proper toiletries were provided and water was warm. They do have activities at the resort like a fire show, trivia, scuba diving, and the pool, etc. The Wi-Fi and power does go out at the resort a couple times a day only for 10 to 20 seconds. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone and would definitely come here again.
Central location on the beach. Probably the busiest restaurant on Saracen Bay too. Excellent service at reception, bar and restaurant. We used the kayak. Swimming pool is lovely. The sea isn’t the cleanest I’d say and we much preferred swimming at Lazy Beach (recommended). The Family Rooms (F1, F2) look directly out to the sea and are a great size. However, they’re right next to the restaurant so it was loud as the noise resonated around both rooms. There are quieter rooms. I do recommend but would check on the room location.
