The hotel has cosy rooms and also has a very good kitchen, it was all delicious. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I came here because of a cancelled flight and feel very comfortable here. Many thanks to all the hotel staff.
First of all, after we reserve our room we need to wait more than 2 hours to enter, because of what they called room preparations. Secondly they have a very bad wifi connection with multiple choices and was very difficult to connect. The people in the restaurant were very good and nice but the food 👎👎👎👎 vegetable without seasoning and rice without test😩😩😩. In the evening we have asked the receptionist for extra plate and blanket because of the winter in Addis, but we must wait at least an hour to get it and that was very annoying. The sweet double bed room was so broken the water bad was broken it's very hard to shower, the bad sink was defective so the water could not go through it... I found some good stuff at least... Any way as long as the quality is like this I don't recommend especially for the who come from abroad and me too I don't want to come back again.
Me and my friends went to the cultural restaurant, we had the baddest experience. The restaurant’s manager and the main manager weren’t helpful at all !! They don’t listen for the concerns. I don’t recommend the place at all!!
