Sasha Transit Hotel

We have reserved two double bedrooms and spent one night. The rooms were super clean beautiful and comfy, there was a TV in the room and had &flix channel, so we could watch movies as well, had hot water, balcony ( Didn't go in the daytime because it was too hot but better to dry off your towels and stuff). Staff and the service was amazing they helped our other friends ( 3 visitors) to come and have a change. Super helpful. When u ask any additional supplies like water or coffee essentials they provide within 10mins. ♥️✨ I am highly satisfied with the service and the Sasha Food court also has reasonable prices, we got the breakfast from Buffet and there were a set menu as well. Food is good. Place is clean. Difficulties Faced: Ironing the clothes - Didn't see the iron and iron board facilities should be requested. So it was our fault. You can request if you want. Switch to the shower from the tap- Was bit different than other hotels, better if you can paste a note or soemething in the wall. Not clear details about breakfast included or not - We thought we reserved with breakfast but seems we didnt, so we had to buy from the foodcourt. So please check and confirm whether it is included or not. Thank You!

Verry poor service in resturent in 5th floor. Took around 40 minutes to serve 5 fruit salads. Should be more efficient

We got the drug den, unfriendly at the check in ,I should have got photos of our room because they look nothing like the others I've seen ,we arrived late and only stayed one night before our tour ,cement floors no hot water in the shower ,it's right near the airport so that's a good point ,breakfast was ok ,service at the rooftop restaurant was good ,I'd be staying elsewhere if I was you in case you get the room we got
