Scandic Grand Central

Great rooms, clean, spacious, air feels fresh and cool (especially appreciated since it was so hot outside) with all the essentials provided. Comfortable bed, fresh sheets (ofc sheets are always fresh in the hotels, at least this is the expectation, but these felt soft and smelled good, so I just wanted to highlight their freshness 😄), it was cozy. Iron, tv and hair dryer are in the room, the only thing missing is fridge. Check in at 16 (and it’s was surprisingly strict, we were not allowed to check in even 15 min earlier); check out at 12. Breakfast was actually quite good, separated in several zones, plenty of sitting room, but also there were quite many people. But no rush , no need to come too early, they are not running out of food until it’s actually the end of the breakfast (from 7 until 11). Plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, warm food, gluten/lactose free and vegan options. Great location, close to the central railway station and to the city centre, main attractions. Separate shout out to the hotel staff - everyone from the receptionist to chefs, breakfast staff and cleaning crew- extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We appreciate your work! We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay again here during our next visit to Stockholm! Thank you!

Only a 5 Minute walk from the Arlanda Express Terminal. Very nice room. Ice cubes available near the elevator. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit, iced coffee and flavored water. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere, little green or red cards on the table indicate free or reserved. I want this at every hotel. Definitely a recommendation, charming style, too.

We had a lovely stay. Very clean hotel but you need to ask for your room to be serviced 24hrs in advance. Twin room was 2 beds pushed together with a shared double sheet so we had to split the beds and ask for additional bedding. Only one English tea, tea bag so take your own. Would have liked a mini fridge but ice is available. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice but it does get busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with super public transport very close by. Would return in the future if visiting Stockholm.
