Staying at this hotel is an absolute blast and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel like royalty, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and offer breathtaking views of the ocean, which is simply stunning. The hotel's amenities, like the pool and beach access, create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. You can enjoy delicious meals at the restaurant, offering a diverse menu to satisfy every craving. Moreover, the location is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas and creating unforgettable memories. Overall, this hotel is a true gem for an amazing vacation.

I don't want to write about the hotel, but I want to describe the staff at the hotel, because they do their job 120%. 1) Super food, great food, great design. Every day new food, very clean. Good breakfast and lunch, and always great grill for the evening. Special thanks to chef Salah who makes great food and 100% good food. I want to thank Kamal and all the staff who work at Segull restaurant with great food. They work like warriors. 2) Great group who work at the big swimming pool and Aquarem and work at the bar, big thanks to Salah and Ibrahim and hussen and Ahmad. 3) Big thanks to all the staff in the big bar, Syead, Ahmad, Omar, Antony, Hussen, Ayd. 4) Very nice staff at the reception, big thanks to Marko and David, Muhammed and Hussein they give great service and are helpful with customers. 5)Very nice guy who cleans our room, made a nice design with a bathroom towel for my children, they were very happy. Finally, I recommend and I want to add that the hotel thinks a lot about the environment and cleanliness. 🇪🇬🏢🙏

Staying at this hotel was a pure pleasure! From the very beginning, you could feel the highest standard of service and attention to every detail. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and always available — whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or at the spa. The rooms were spacious, perfectly equipped, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Additional amenities like a coffee machine, minibar, and a set of toiletries only enhanced the sense of luxury. Breakfast and dinner served in the hotel restaurant were top-notch — a wide selection of dishes, fresh ingredients, and perfect presentation. I especially recommend trying the local specialties and desserts! A big highlight was the wellness area — the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa treatments provided the perfect relaxation after a full day of exploring.
