Sea Soul Hotel

We spent 5 nights at this property & had a most memorable stay! Beautiful Building on arrival & Location 1 block back from Beach surrounded by many Restaurants. Buffet Breakfast was impressive, to meet both Asian & Western Dishes. Pool area undercover but open to outside view, was of generous size. Found Staff to be very friendly this extended to the Warmth of the GM (Mr Duc) who was always on hand to assist where required. The Spa is a must ! I had 2 hour Signature treatment assigned by the lovely Ms Vy. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent new hotel for a two-week vacation. Good location - 5 minutes from the beach and close to many different cafes. Spacious room, good soundproofing, panoramic windows. English and Russian speaking staff at the reception. Ms.Vi is very hospitable, professional and attentive to guests. Thank you! Customer-oriented sales department. Thank you Ms.Hoang! The choice of breakfasts in the hotel restaurant will not leave you hungry. Both European and Vietnamese dishes are prepared according to standards and high quality! There was not enough hard cheese and feta cheese/feta, as well as pineapple and mango at breakfast. Delicious coffee made in a coffee machine. But with more than 50% of the hall seating, one coffee machine is not enough. Many thanks to the attentive restaurant staff - Mr.Tung, Ms.Trong and Ms.Phuong. If the management of hotel considers it possible to make small adjustments to the breakfasts, the hotel can become one of the best in Nha Trang.

Sea Soul is a large, somewhat impersonal hotel, but it’s undeniably very nice in many ways. The staff are kind and helpful, though English is limited, which occasionally made communication a bit tricky. The room was spacious, but the layout was odd—power outlets were placed in inconvenient spots and our view was of the back of the building, not particularly scenic. Room service offerings were minimal, and what we did try was pretty unimpressive. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was solid—plenty of options and decent quality, though it gets very busy. The location is a highlight: close to the beach but tucked just far enough back to avoid the noisier beachfront scene. That said, Nha Trang appears to be a destination for large tour groups, which can make the overall vibe feel more hectic and less relaxed—not a fault of the hotel, but worth knowing. The carpets in the guest room hallways were unfortunately quite dirty, which was a noticeable downside. However, the pool area was lovely—partially open to the outdoors, which made it feel airy without being fully exposed. The poolside service was friendly and well-priced. A big plus: the airport transfer arranged through the hotel was smooth and very much appreciated. All in all, Sea Soul is a good option if you're looking for comfort and convenience, but it may not suit those seeking a more boutique or tranquil experience.
