A very warm welcome from the beginning where you receive a detailed information and everything about the hotel. A plus point is that you have access to an app from the hotel ( very handy). Free wifi everywhere ( even at the beach). Large variety of food and drinks ( better than some other 4 🌟 hotels). Animation is amazing, waiters are very friendly and the cleaning service is TOP. This hotel is to recommend 👌

Geared up for elderly French speakers primarily (90%), with only a handful of British. Food of good standard and wide variety albeit not very warm on most occasions. A la Carte restaurant has similar food to the very good buffet, but quieter. Drinks were surprisingly good (unlike most AI). With Schweppes tonic and good gin. Brandy not good, beer refreshing. Waiters were very slow to clear and lay tables...unless you were female. Quite a few very friendly stray dogs on the beach which got a few treats from leftovers. There were a few friendly french speakers that we could converse with, however majority were very pushy and arrogant. Animation team danced, dined and played activities (eg archery and boules) with the guests as well as providing mimed nightly entertainment. We found very unusual the close body contact animators had with slow dances etc...no doubt the mainly elderly guests were happy though! The live band was virtually indistinguishable from the mainly french music played by the laptop wielding DJ. Very good value in summary with all the most important aspects at a good standard and definitely recommended. Best to brush up on ones French prior to visit though!

If you don't speak French don't bother coming here. The staff are rude and things look run down. The reception staff are very rude. The entertainment staff do not even ask if you want to participate in the activities... Food was just disgusting. We ended up paying for food either outside or at the resturant in the hotel.... Just poor overall
