Pools great but no chance of a lounger if you go after 8am and no clear direction to walk miles to the spa to get your towels Food selection good but pretty much the same every day. Salads were exceptional but desserts were pretty much dry sponge with coloured gelatine heavy stuff on top. Loads of people cigarette smoking outside - made sitting by the pool and the evening entertainment unpleasant, there should be a smoking and no smoking areas. Staff generally tried but had little English and so a lot of the time we didn’t get very far Location is off the beaten track so you have to get a bus or taxi to go anywhere interesting Cleaning staff were great If you wanted to be with your kids in the day and not have them in kids club there was very little on for them - would have been good to have pool games they could do with you and a bit of the pool that wasn’t out of their depth All in all we felt a bit like just another number in a big hotel rather than special

The hotel facilities was very good, lots to keep you busy, food was excellent a lot of choices and food nearly all day long. I gave a low rate because staff were not friendly of helpful. We couldn't do late check out so had to hang about from 12pm to 10pm leaving our luggage in a room. They said all rooms were taken but in the end they offered a room only till 6pm for 40 euros. Air conditioning in the hotel was terrible making the stay uncomfortable. The lobby, communal and restaurants were very hot. The rooms had good air con so it was good to go back in the rooms most of the times.
