A Hidden Gem for Families – Great Value & Amazing Beach! I had read some negative comments about the staff before coming, but honestly, we found them to be polite and helpful. Most of them don't speak English or Arabic fluently, which can cause small communication gaps, but they always tried their best with a smile. Overall, no issues at all from our side. Breakfast is fine. We just returned from a wonderful stay at Seashell Juliaa Hotel & Resort, and as a family with two kids, we couldn’t be happier! The room was spacious and comfortable, although floor is not clean, with a convenient kitchenette that made it easy to prepare snacks or simple meals. The TV with satellite kept the kids entertained during breaks from the sun. The pools are clean and perfectly fine, but the real highlight is the beach – it’s absolutely amazing! A wide stretch of soft sand, clean and safe, perfect for kids to run around and build sandcastles. We spent hours by the water and couldn’t get enough. While the resort isn’t luxury, it definitely delivers in terms of value for money. It's peaceful, and family-friendly. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway without breaking the bank, this place is a fantastic choice. We’re already talking about coming back!
We stayed at a villa for 8 persons near the beach. The overall condition of the place is good. However.. bathrooms need maintenance. Some are not working and some are leaking water.. The TV in the living room was not working properly The worst of all is the Reception service.. we call and call no body answers..and the staff lack all hospitality basics..
The hotel, not a resort, is outdated terribly. Especially the pools. As you walk around you can see how maintenance is not a priority any more. The staff are working hard, but in some places, like the pool area, the staff is clueless! For example the person working in the Gazebo near the pool is not familiar with what he sells not has any info. About the pool! After two days there, I found out that the man setting on a chair doing nothing at all day, is actually who provides the towels, and if I may say, very discrete! The towels there are more precious than silver! Even when you ask room service for it, it takes more than 30 mins. And usually you have to call twice to ask for them! Now for the pool, depth indicators are gone, and you can barely read them to know that the minimum depth is 1.5m in all the pool, which means kids are not enjoying the place because the shallow part for them is just 40cm only. There are ants everywhere. Outdated, dirty and not enough reclining chairs! What I didn’t like is that there are no lifeguards and they show signs everywhere that you swim on your own responsibility! They have an arcade machine near the pool that no one knows how the operate it!
