We had a wonderful vacation at Seasons Hotel , Nainital with consistently sumptuous food all three times a day, excellent rooms with breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake. The service rendered by one and all from reception to waiters was par excellence! Each one of them was so courteous and affectionate. We felt pampered!! Thank you for a memorable stay. We are sure to visit again.

Stated 4 nights at seasons hotel. Excellent location - on mall road and walking distance to naina devi temple. Rooms are spacious however need to uograde a bit. Breathtaking views of lake and mountains from each room. Hospitality is at top level. Have decent spread in breakfast however need to improve the taste. To reach the hotel u need to move through a steep road of 250 mtrs upward. Climbing such road for aged people would be very difficult. But hotel provide regular shuttle for pick up and drop at regular intervals till 9.00 pm. That is a great service that they have kept for all the guest. Wifi facility is provided. All in all a great hotel to stay in Nainital.

Overpriced Stay with Poor Service – Disappointing Experience We recently stayed at this hotel in Nainital, booking 4 rooms for 4 nights at ₹12,500 per night, per room. Given the price, we expected a premium experience comparable to a 5-star property—but unfortunately, it fell far short. The biggest disappointment was the lack of basic hospitality. Due to city traffic restrictions, commercial vehicles weren’t allowed near the hotel. We requested the hotel to send their own vehicle to assist with pick-up and drop, but they refused both times, forcing us to arrange our own transport from nearly 6 km away. The condition of the rooms was poor. Carpets, walls, and furniture were worn out and clearly hadn’t been renovated in years. Towels and bathrooms were not clean or hygienic. Despite requesting early breakfast due to travel plans, the hotel did not accommodate and insisted on serving at their standard time of 8:00 AM—even when we requested just 30 minutes earlier. Overall, we were disappointed with both the service and the value for money. The hotel may have a good location, but it needs serious improvements in customer care, room maintenance, and basic guest services
