Just returned home and wanted to share my experience. Pros Beautiful location and resort. Service workers were very friendly and extremely helpful. Large room with lots of hot water. New and different tropical drinks everyday. Great for couples wanting a romantic location. Food was delicious with a good variety. (Hibachi was my favorite) Loads of fun! Cons TV reception was terrible. Could not watch anything. False fire alarm going off 2 days in a row in the middle of the night Room service late delivery, requested 730 showed up at 9. Restaurants and breakfast opening late a few time. No ATM on site. (This is needed) Overall, I had a wonderful time and It was a really great place to relax.

I read the bad reviews coming, but I decided to remain positive and see for myself. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth what we paid. Ocean front view! Don’t waste your money. The view is nothing to look at. The beach is not pretty and the water is not blue. The room is clean and updated but very SMALL!!! We’re bumping into eachother. The food is the WORSE!!! No flavor and ALWAYS comes to the table cold! Morgan’s Pier and Hibachi were our only good experience. The buffet is very limited and the food is not tasty! It is very quiet and relaxing. Depending on the bartender drinks are ok. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I don’t recommend. We’re part of the unlimited vacation club and I’m starting to see that was also a waste of our money I have yet to stay at a decent resort. I’d rather just book my own vacation and get something to our standards. Oh and water is never cold🤔…the bottle looks like it’s chilled but when you drink it it’s like tap water. Also if you’re going to serve food outside you should do something to control the bugs. There’s bugs all over the food at the buffet yuck!!!!

Let me start off by saying that the island of St. Lucia is beautiful. I have been here 8 times. My wife is from here, and this was a disappointment. We have stayed at many different resorts on the island, and this was by far the worst. This was our first all-inclusive experience and a Secrets resort first experience as well. Positives: The majority of the staff is friendly, and the beach, views, and location are amazing. Negatives: If you don’t like walking on hills, this isn't a resort for you (although they do offer golf cart service). Every restaurant we tried during our stay would take close to an hour to get a main course to you. This was not just our experience but a couple of other couples that were there. Their kitchen stuff is the root cause. Japanese Hibachi was by far the best service. Lunch and snacks are scarce. There was only one option for lunch and even there you had to wait a long time. All the bars we tried were really good and made good drinks. There is no restaurant on the premises that offers local food. We tried their preferred club option but are not so sure it is worth it. You do get a personalized check-in and check-out in an AC space. The main lobby area does not have an AC. I would not say it offers exquisite desserts. I would probably not go for the preferred club next time. Even though their website says there are infinity pools, there isn't any on the premises.I think the icing on the cake was at check out. The young lady gave me a receipt and did not bother even asking how my stay was. Showers do not drain properly. Hyatt and Secrets need to do better and hope they do.
