Seehotel Porcia

One of the absolute best hotels I have ever stayed at. An absolute dream of a weekend there, enjoying the best the Wörthersee has to offer. Such friendly staff who do their very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, without ever intruding. My favourite part was the mid-afternoon snack offered to guests at the lakeside! Stand up paddle boarding, breakfast, our room itself, just everything was amazing. I cannot wait to come back!

I was there for two nights two weeks ago with my best friend. She wanted to celebrate her 30th birthday in Pörtschach! We received a very warm welcome. Our suitcases were brought to our room. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean. There were two free Pikolo sparkling wines and two mineral waters waiting for us in the fridge. We were given free roast pork with potatoes and sauerkraut by the loungers by the lake. Free freshly made cakes and juices are available to everyone. At 11 p.m. we were still on our private beach terrace and were offered drinks. Everyone was very friendly! 5 stars is definitely not enough! Oh yes, the birthday girl got a homemade Sachertorte and three sunflowers from the staff for breakfast! A wonderful gesture! I will definitely be back and for several days! Thanks to the entire team! Beautiful setting, right on the lake, staff very welcoming, attentive and luxurious setting. Some of the decor was a little idiosyncratic but added to the charm! There was an issue where they took my payment twice but were very quick to sort this when I pointed it out.
