Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

The 10:00 p.m. fireworks were unexpected and enjoyed! The buffet was clean and well-stocked. Our room was clean and quiet! Casino was a pleasure to play in. We were not stacked up on one another and there were free beverages as we play the machines. What are the best casinos I've ever been in and I've been to a few!

Great location near the falls. Room was a little pricey, but we had a beautiful view. Watching the fireworks show over the falls at 10pm from our room was an extra treat. Fun casino and the only casino on the US side. Waking distance to the falls and Maid of the Mist boat rides. Nice restaurants at the hotel. The steak house was phenomenal!!

First the service from the staff here is great! The front desk and everyone around the casino and elevators was helpful and nice. The location from the falls and park is a few blocks and a nice walk in that direction only. If you exit near the Sheraton and Starbucks, its a nice walk. If you exit the other side of the building near valet its just run down and a lot of sketchy stuff going on. There is a 7-11 which was good to get a case of water not overpriced but make it fast, ha! I got a Falls View room but the view is just not that great except for the fireworks at night. I stayed on the Canada side before and you can actually see the falls. The windows were dirty and the room is old. The rooms can absolutely use an upgrade with the carpet and the cleaning is not clean enough, I usually keep slippers on in any hotel but I didn't want to sleep under the covers here. The rooms made me want to leave but the casino is nice and the restaurants inside are probably the only ones in the area to get food.
