My experiencia at this resort was overall wonderful. The only problem we had was with the house keeping staff. There was never the right amount of towels in our room and we ran out of toilet paper. For a 5 star resort that is not something I would have expected. We stayed in room 5312. Otherwise we had exceptional service at check in, with the reception staff. The restaurant staff was amazing. The servers in the lobby and poolside were wonderful. We can not complain about anything else. The size of the resort is perfect. We will definitely be returning to this resort. I have been to many resorts and this is the first one that I can say I will return to it.

Definitely don't recommend. The entire hotel smelled of raw sewage. The buffet wasn’t good at all. The staff is not friendly and doesn’t help at all. You can’t get in the beach because they don’t clean it. The hotel rooms have damages, there was 2 leaks one by main entrance which I slipped twice and another inside where the toilet was. It was brought to the staff attention but nothing was done about it. There’s no real customer service, and certainly no hospitality. This was the worst vacation I have had in my entire life. Spend your money somewhere that treats guests with respect. I won’t return—and I wouldn’t recommend Serenade Punta Cana to anyone.
