Serenity Alpha Beach

I had the most relaxing and joyful time at Serenity Alpha Beach. From the breathtaking sea views to the peaceful atmosphere, everything was perfect. The staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was simply paradise. Special thanks to Ahmed and Mansour, the lifeguards who went above and beyond every single day Their professionalism, warm attitude They weren’t just doing their job they were creating a peaceful and happy environment for everyone. You’re truly lucky to have them on your team! Also, a big thank you to the animation team, who brought energy, fun, and unforgettable moments to our stay They turned every day into a celebration. Extra love to Rico and Renka, who made every activity even more fun and special with their vibrant personalities and kindness. They truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We had the most excellent stay in Serenity Alpha beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mohamed from the reception, Ahmed who cleaned our room 1016 and Ahmed the lifeguard from the swimming-pool. Every person of the staff remembered you and greet you with a smile. The room was clean and very proper. The salty swimming pools were quiet, so you can really relax. There is one swimming pool with entertainment and music and one adults only. In total there are 4 The reef is beautiful and very accessible. The food was good and every day variation. Also the a la carte restaurants where we had dinner, were good (Mexican & Asian). We also liked the no disturb signs you can put on your umbrella so sellers won’t disturb you. We enjoyed our stay in Serenity Alpha beach to the fullest. Thanks to all the staff to make this a trip to remember. We will definitely return. I recommend this hotel to people who love a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Pros - The resort was a large complex and had many gardens and swimming pools therefore it was spacious and did not feel overcrowded. The swimming pools were clean and the location was peaceful as it was not sandwiched between other resorts, which also meant it was quieter than the usual 5 star resorts. The Diving Center which is on site was fantastic and I 100% recommend them for anyone thinking of going scuba diving whilst there. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom facilities were clean. Staff were all very helpful and hospitable. The Grand Spa which is located on site is very good. The spa facilities were clean and the staff were really good. Cons · The room's air conditioning was not great and it did not provide that 5 star level of comfort that I had paid for. The food was poor overall and I would not recommend this to anyone visiting. The meat dishes did not taste fresh and the vegetarian food tasted quite blande with little to no seasonings. The food caused upset stomachs for me and my friend whislt at the hotel and for a week after returning home. The beach was rocky and the water does not meet the sand therefore ensure you bring water shoes if you choose to stay here. There is also a coral reef which is good for snorkelling at the edge of the pier but you cannot swim to it from the beach itself due to the rocks. Would not describe the hotel as a 'beach hotel'
