My husband and I were both recommended to go here by a mutual friend and were blown away. The level of service that is given from the time you get there till the departure was unbelievable. The food was 10/10. The rooms were extremely clean and room service was there multiple times a day to make sure the room was clean. The servers and staff did everything to make sure the time you had was peaceful and helped with any needs. Quade who was our personal butler, did a wonderful job planning the excursions for the week, planning dinner for you and making sure of thinking and putting together any requests we needed. I highly recommend this spot for a honeymoon or just a beach getaway for a perfect vacation!

A dream experience and the perfect place for a honeymoon! The staff is incredible and friendly. They definitely do their best to give you a serene experience. We want to give a special shout out to our amazing butler Ethan, and the bartenders Kevin, Toya, and Ray!! You were all truly amazing! We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for our ten year wedding anniversary in the premium plunge pool butler suite. A truly wonderful experience! Every staff member ready to go above and beyond with the service to ensure our holiday was unforgettable. Nightly performances were highly entertaining. We had the pleasure of having our butler McGregor take care of us during our stay at Serenity, and we can’t speak highly enough of the service. From the very first moment we arrived, McGregor made sure everything was perfect. He was always there to help, whether it was making a dinner reservation, offering great suggestions for things to do, or just ensuring our room was stocked up with our favourite drinks and snacks. McGregor was always there when we needed him, but never intrusive – just the perfect balance of being helpful and respectful of our privacy. On top of that, McGregor was warm, friendly, and made every interaction feel personal. It wasn’t just about getting the job done – it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. We’re truly grateful for his exceptional service. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’d be thrilled to have the chance to experience it again.
