Our junior suite room was excellent with a view of the water. The location of the hotel in the middle of the malecon was also really great - short walk to many great restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed our stay.
Junior suite overlooking the malecon had an incredible view. Unfortunately it's EXTREMELY loud on weekends all day and night, even earplugs can't block out the music from cars at 1am, pedestrians, etc. Even Monday morning is loud from cars and trucks driving by. Also, the room is weirdly shaped so the suite part is downstairs in the dark, so not useful, and you can hear everything from the hallway. Hotel is pretty expensive for no amenities - you're paying for location and view & valet parking. Staff were very friendly and good English.
Absolutely unacceptable. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I rarely leave negative reviews, but what we experienced at Seven Crown Centro La Paz was beyond disappointing — it was infuriating. The issues weren’t isolated; they reflected a complete lack of supervision and basic hotel standards. From the start, our room had multiple maintenance problems: • The toilet handle was broken — we had to manually flush by reaching into the tank (disgusting). • The ceiling fan and the safe didn’t work. We reported both right away, but no one fixed them or even offered an explanation. • We booked the main suite with a jacuzzi tub. When we filled it and turned on the jets, black mold came pouring out. The water turned murky — clearly, that tub hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Again, we reported it, and again, nothing was done. • To top it all off, when housekeeping finally came, they left our door wide open. No apology. No accountability. Just careless, negligent service. This is not just about one bad stay — it’s a reflection of poor management and employees who clearly aren’t trained or supervised. If you value your time, money, and health, stay elsewhere.
