From the moment I arrived at Seven Days Hotel in Irbid, I was impressed by the warm and efficient service at the reception. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and handled with great professionalism. The staff made sure all my needs were met from the beginning. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with attention to every detail. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority at this hotel. What truly sets Seven Days Hotel apart is its staff. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and highly professional. The rooms were nice but much smaller than the pictures. They have free designated street parking but I'm not sure how many people they could accommodate with parking. Rooms were clean and modern. Not the best value but overall a good experience
Pro: The employees are friendly and the bed is comfortable. Con: Very loud due to the main street in front and no good windows. The pool is not maintained and closed. The shower has no mound. The breakfast selection is very limited for 4* and bar charges ridiculously (4$ for Cappuccino, compared to 5$ for a hair cut) without change. Overall low value for price.
