The hotel offers stunning mountain views. Rooms face either east or west, allowing guests to enjoy mesmerizing sunrises or sunsets depending on the orientation. The food quality and taste were impressive, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The SPA facilities were great as well. This was the best 4-star hotel I’ve stayed in, and it felt no less luxurious than a 5-star property.

Best Hotel . Breakfast is complimentary.. Staff are very helpful and services are good. View from the hotel is just jaw dropping with mountains & snow.. Lots of adventurous activities can be planned from the hotel help desk... all the activities are very nearby ... Depending on climate and Season activities will differ due snow and visibility. Fee for the activities to be paid separately at the counter. Don't pay activities fee at the hotel, as you may need to cancel the ticket later or you may miss the ticket somewhere else, its not refundable. Hotel Spa & massage is a must to do activity in this place with jacuzzi, sauna bath, etc. you can plan this at night time after 7 pm ...You can spend the day time with adventurous activities. Require minimum two night stay to cover all. We had a wonderful time, don't forget to buy souvenir.

Shahdag Resort & Spa Hotel is absolutely amazing! The quality of everything is top-notch — from the service to the rooms. The hotel is super clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need, especially the toiletries and small essentials that many hotels often overlook. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room — peaceful, scenic, and truly unforgettable. If you’re planning a trip to Shahdag, this hotel is definitely worth it. Great value, excellent comfort, and wonderful service all around.
