Shangri La Hotel Kathmandu

Never ever seen such a great hospitality before! Looking at the hotel part of the place and banquets part of the place, both were amazing! The washrooms were very clean, with all the required utilities properly placed! The food was not as expected as it looked very fascinating, but the tastes were kind of bland, still it was as healthy as it could be! Talking about the rooms, they weren't as spacious as I thought it would be, but they were luxurious well enough to satisfy one's need with proper wardrobes, attached bathrooms, cupboards, and all the other related requirements. I couldn't get to know more about the room service as I spent a limited time only, but as far as the staffs and administrative were interacting with me and how much of helpful they were, I think room service would also be as better they were. There were enough space for parking, whereas it gets a little messed up if you are entering the hotel from the opposite side of the road lane; creates jams and is a hassle, but there are always guards for the help. Overall, the service they provide were, and are more fascinating with a lot of helping hands who are always standing by for your service, which I love the most about! I appreciate the way they provided their service and showed the hospitality. Thank you!

The hotel is in a nice area and have access to some shops close by. One thing you noice is that the hotel is now old and rooms needs to have an up grade. Despite this rooms are clean and nice and the toilets are okay. Again here needs new upgrade. Overall the food and the atmosphere in the hotel is great and have a lovely garden that wows you as you do not expect it. Nice pub and bar area as well.
