Great business hotel in Surabaya. Excellent service from friendly staff. I have stayed here many times but this was the second time I have stayed during Covid and the hotel does everything it can to make guests feel welcome and safe.
Easily one of the best hotels in Surabaya and at fair prices. The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are great. The views of Surabaya are magnificent. Breakfast buffet and room service are both very good. The pool area is very nicely done. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
