Sharm Holiday Resort

The rooms are dirty, with filthy pillows and bedcovers that emit a foul odor. The air conditioning doesn’t cool properly and leaks water. The curtains do not cover the windows adequately. None of the facilities are functioning — neither the TV nor the refrigerator. The bathroom is in an appalling condition, unfit even for animals. The white towels are blackened and filthy, and there is no soap or shower gel provided. Housekeeping is nonexistent, and the bathroom is both old and unclean. As for the restaurant, the food is extremely poor in quality, repetitive, and lacks any flavor. At the bar, the staff behave in a rude and unprofessional manner when serving drinks. Overall, there is a clear lack of care and attention from all employees. In summary, this was a very bad experience that I will never repeat.

The room r not deep clean the wifi dont work the staff majority is rude plus if u lost something they charge you 10 pounds don’t sound a 4 star hotel to be honest they really need renovation plus the ac dont work properly very disappointing….

The rooms are small, the food is terrible, and there is no consideration for different tastes in food. The air conditioning in the room dripped drops onto my bed.
