Sheraton Addis a Luxury Collection Hotel Addis Ababa

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Addis to kick off our honeymoon! The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. We enjoyed meals at two of the on-site restaurants and the breakfast buffet — all were delicious and well presented. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the complimentary airport transfer made our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and make for a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. We were also touched by the thoughtful honeymoon touches — a bottle of wine in our room and a special dessert with a sweet message at the Indian restaurant on our second night. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had a great experience at Sheraton Addis — truly some of the best customer service ever. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, though a little refresh on the elevators, carpets, and hallways would elevate the overall experience even more. Still, the charm and hospitality of the hotel easily make up for it. Looking forward to staying again!

Me and my wife got married at this hotel and stayed for the night. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. Excellent Wedding venue. The Sheraton Lalibela Ballroom was amazing. It’s a perfect place for your great special event hosting great parties for your lifetime memories from birthday parties to Marriage ceremonies to business events to you name it. Awesome place for hosting special events. The restaurants are amazing… plenty of choices. Five diamonds amazing customer service. Keep it up. We definitely recommend this place for an event to celebrate.
