i had a great stay . Everything was great, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the high-quality service throughout the hotel. A special thanks to Ismail at the reception, who was extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional. His hospitality truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!
I’m literally in my room right now, trying to sleep while a loud party is shaking the walls. I called reception and they just told me it should end “after 12:30 a.m.” — but it’s already late and still going. Even with a comfortable bed, it means nothing if you can’t sleep. I feel trapped, exhausted, and furious. This hotel clearly cares more about parties than guests who need rest. Avoid if you want any chance of a peaceful night
I had the worst stay of my life. Five nights of horror because of bedbugs. The responsables didn't want to take my complaint seriously. Lack of cleanliness and professionalism.
