Sheraton Bogota Hotel

Highly recommend this property 100%. This is making my favorite list of hotels in the world. Marriott Bonvoy status recognized at check-in. FANTASTIC selection of food at the Club Lounge for breakfast and afternoon snack, all of high quality and great taste. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Everything works at this hotel. Expansive fitness center, with warm clear and clean water pool. Enjoyed a deep tissue massage at the spa which was great and reasonably priced! Business center with multiple computers and printers that actually work. Staff were great at housekeeping and accommodating. Special requests, more blankets, towels or soap and you wanted it? It would be delivered no problem. Responsive in the mobile app to request and chat. This is how all Sheratons used to be throughout my six night stay, this hotel consistently delivered high quality service and accommodations.

I have stayed at the Sheraton many times over the years. Great place for a quick stay or a longer stay. First off the staff has always been friendly to me from the time I arrive to the time I leave. This is to include the lounge, and the restaurant in the lobby. Now to talk about the room because that’s also a huge factor in a hotel. The rooms are decent, I wouldn’t call them the best. I have at times I found the showers to be deteriorating a little or the blinds don’t work. They definitely clean the rooms but the Sheraton isn’t a few hotel at all and probably they need to give some Tlc at least in the bathroom of the rooms and maybe even to the rooms themselves. The beds are comfortable though. The lounge on the 10th is great and the food always been good. Only a few times have I found a few times that I didn’t like. Pool and gym and nice and seem to be well maintained. Overall I enjoy this hotel and the price varies wildly depending on conventions and such. For me 120-160 usb it’s well worth it. Once above that there are better options but also depends where you need to stay.

They were very helpful and very hospitable. We only stayed there for a few days, but everyone was very polite and helpful. We wanted for nothing. It’s a really nice hotel with great staff. If I go back to Bogota, I will stay there, again.
