Absolutely filthy hotel. Not a single table cleaned. Floors are dirty. Can’t even sit down at breakfast because the tables are full of old food and flies. Floors haven’t been cleaned: I can’t name a single good thing about this place. Absolutely disgusting and shocked you can be associated with Sheraton! I can’t wait to get out of here. Horrible stay.
After paying 8000 DZD per person to enter the hotel's private beach, the muscular security guards asked me for a bribe for parking and I felt despised in a place where I pay money. Hotel owners, I ask you to monitor your workers because If things remain like this, we will lose more customers due to the mistreatment and complicity of officials.
This Hotel is AWFUL! If I could give it NEGATIVE STARS I would. The most you can hope from the staff is that they are passively aggressive as opposed to openly hostile. I have lived and worked in many foreign countries to include several locations in North Africa; this hotel is an embodiment of every NEGATIVE stereotype of NA Culture. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be absolutely REGRET IT; it is like being the central character in a Camus Novel.
