Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel

Stayed in a queen size room with a beautiful view, the room design is meant for couples as the bathroom is open into the room so there isn’t much privacy. The room was clean and looked very updated. The view was the highlight, we requested to stay on a high floor. The bathroom had a shower and a bath, the toilet was in a separate room, the bathroom sink and mirror are open to the rest of the room so the room can get steamy during a shower. There was plenty of storage and a TV with local channels. The breakfast selection is good, however note that by 730AM there is a long line for breakfast. We went for breakfast around 6:40AM there was no line to get a seat but the buffet was already very busy. The coffee selection was minimal, the omelette station was nice and there was a nice selection of western and Japanese breakfast items. The hotel was able to hold our luggage while we went to explore the city. The best part about the hotel is the location, it’s right outside the Hiroshima train station so was very convenient from the Shinkansen when arriving and to catch a local bus or train. Lots of food options around the train station! The air conditioning in the room worked well, we did find the air inside the lobby very stuffy and did not feel well ventilated. Regardless, great stay would recommend for a nice stop in Hiroshima!

I had a really great experience at the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive! Every time I asked for something, even small things, they responded quickly and with genuine care. Since we were a group of three, they made sure our room was fully prepared and comfortable for all of us. Every staff member we interacted with, whether at dinner, breakfast, afternon tea, or the gym, was so kind and friendly. You could really tell they were doing their best to make our stay enjoyable! The location is also a huge plus—it's directly connected to Hiroshima Station, which made getting around super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! I love Sheraton Hiroshima!

This hotel hits above its league. I spent a night here for a quick exploring of the city and I loved it. We got an upgrade to a corner, high floor room and the view was fantastic. And although the style and details of the rooms scream 90s era, they’re well maintained. As a platinum Marriott member we also got a welcome gift and free breakfast, which was fantastic, lots of options and everything was delicious. The staff were very responsive and friendly. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from the main train station, stepping off the Shinkansen and going to the hotel was super quick. Totally recommended.
