Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit a Luxury Collection Hotel Bangkok

The hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast had so many choices that you can't try everything in one time. And it tasted really well. I personally had some difficulties with the taste of the juices but my relatives liked them so as one's taste. The room service was impeccable and done according to the book. I only found the baggage handler not so gentle as my suitcase was lightly damaged. About the traffic around the hotel, if you aim to get a taxi, be aware of the traffic jam as the hotel is next to shopping areas. I recommend you take public transport (next to the hotel) to get faster to your destination. A shopping center, restaurants and spas are accessible by foot (only 2-5 minutes by foot). So in all the hotel was above my expectations as the staff was the kindest I ever met. Thank you for that Sheraton !

I like how close the hotel is to Asok train station as well as Terminal 21 mall. It's easy to get around with train rather than car due to Bangkok traffic. Therefore the location of the hotel is very convenient, the train station is directly connected to the hotel via pedestrian bridge. The hotel staffs are very kind and friendly, they are also very helpful in helping us when we ask questions. I expect nothing less of Thai hospitality, kudos to the staffs. The room were big and bed are super comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious. Housekeeping did an immaculate job of cleaning. The food at the hotel are halal and super delicious, I find it worth it that I stayed with the breakfast package. My friend and I even ordered in room dining because the food were good. Gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa are also accessible easily to hotel guest on the 3rd floor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come again to stay in the future.

This was my fifth stay at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok during my visit from July 31 to August 2. As a Marriott Ambassador Elite member who has traveled extensively across dozens of countries and stayed at countless Marriott properties, I can confidently say that this hotel stands out as one of the most impressive. From the seamless check-in process to the exceptional breakfast and dining experiences, the level of attention and care extended to members is truly outstanding. The hospitality not only made me feel genuinely welcomed, but also left a lasting impression on my travel companions — a true testament to how Marriott values its loyal members. Thank you to the entire hotel team for another wonderful stay. I will absolutely be returning in the future.
