Sheraton Harbin Xiangfang Hotel

This property exceeded my expectations. The hotel was only a 45 min Didi ride from the airport, I had a nice check in experience with Nicole, and I was upgraded to a lovely suite on the highest floor. The club lounge was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were extremely attentive. I would certainly stay here again without hesitation. The prices are great, platinum recognition is excellent, and it was nice to do laundry with reasonable prices and quick service. I look forward to my next stay.

Very comfortable hotel with good breakfast and all facilities are in good working order. Good showers and comfy beds. Check in and out was hassle free.

Beautiful lobby. Clean modern and medium sized room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately the air con wasn’t working well. Took an extremely long time to cool down the room although I set the temperature at 16C. I had to sleep without the blanket. Breakfast was fine. A lot of variety but nothing that really tastes very good. I thought the noodles was best. Location is good as we could explore the mall next door. But some 45mins from harbin’s main attractions.
