Sheraton Kampala Hotel

We experienced incredible hospitality and customer service at the Sheraton. The staff are excellent and really welcomed us whether at the reception or a restaurant in the hotel. The hotel had beautiful gardens which are a treat to walk in and the lounge serves excellent food and drinks.

The oldest 5 star hotel in Kampala. Amazing staff! And a great status recognition of my titanium elite status. However sometimes I had a feeling that it’s not 100% well organized, especially during breakfast.
