I made a reservation from the kitchen for a cake and i had this wonderful lady ( Jen ) from takeaway service, who took my request with a beautiful response and good spirits. This is always expected from such a hotel. Thank you for great service
My stay at the Sheraton Kuwait, a Luxury Collection Hotel was truly memorable. This hotel stands out not just for its elegant design, but for its exceptional service and rich heritage. It’s clear from the moment you enter that you’re in a place with a long-standing reputation for quality. The rooms are tastefully decorated, combining classic style with modern comfort. The antique furniture and marble finishes give it a regal charm, while all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury hotel — including high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable work desk, and luxurious linens — are right at your fingertips.
Disappointing Stay at Sheraton Kuwait – Not Recommended I recently stayed at the Sheraton Kuwait as part of a company booking, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Parking was a consistent headache throughout my stay. Despite raising the issue with management, no resolution was offered, and the lack of adequate parking became a daily frustration. The room, while well-appointed, was constantly disturbed by a room attendant who interrupted my downtime with unnecessary requests, including turndown service that I never asked for. Basic privacy seemed like a luxury. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet served cold food each morning—a glaring issue for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Also, I was surprised to learn that guests are not allowed to have visitors in their rooms, a policy that felt unnecessarily restrictive and not clearly communicated beforehand. Housekeeping fell short as well. After servicing my room, garbage was inexplicably left behind, which speaks volumes about the attention to detail—or lack thereof. I’ve already shared these concerns with my company and strongly recommended that Sheraton Kuwait be removed from their list of preferred accommodations. There are far better options available in Kuwait that respect guest comfort and professionalism Further to my previous comment. It seems to me that the room doesn’t get vacuum every day. I keep stepping on thorns and injuring my feet. I even stepped on some sort of metal tack on day. I have no idea where these thirns or the tack came from but it didn’t feel good when I stepped on them. Management contacted me the day before I am leaving to fix issues that happened the day i moved in which was 9 days ago. A little too late don’t you think?
