A stunning resort set on nine man-made islands with lagoons all around. The architecture is unique, rooms are spacious with lovely views, and the vibe is relaxed yet upscale. Multiple pools, a private beach, and great dining options make it ideal for both families and couples. Activities like snorkeling, golf, and spa treatments are a plus. The service is solid and the location is perfect for exploring El Gouna.
The hotel is very good. Location, view, beverages & rooms. Reservation was so easy as well as the check-in. The problem was with the room service team, they brought only 2 small bottles for the whole day, even though after complaining they didn't respond. So, I had to get water from outside. Second, when I ran out of coffee capsules I asked the room service for more capsules, she answered back in an inappropriate way calming that it is only for a charge.
