Sheraton Montazah Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Montazah Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I was accommodated in my room immediately without any delays, which was much appreciated after a long journey. To my pleasant surprise, I was also greeted with complimentary fruit and delicious desserts upon arrival – a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The level of service throughout was outstanding. The staff were not only helpful within the hotel but even assisted me beyond the expected duties – including helping me print some important papers I urgently needed at the time. Their willingness to help in any way they could made a big difference. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was very good, and the location is excellent – close to many attractions with beautiful views. I want to extend my sincere thanks to the entire team at Sheraton Montazah. Very good staff, great hospitality, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying again.

What stood out most was their willingness to help, not just inside the hotel, but even with things beyond their usual responsibilities. The hospitality I received was truly top-notch. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, with easy access to local attractions. The food was also very good, with a nice selection of options to choose from.
