Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

I would like to take a moment to share and spread a light on Cameron today. I always take the shuttle back to my hotel after flights since I park there, it’s convenient and affordable but this time, my experience was especially great thanks to Cameron. From the moment I got on, he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He assisted me with my bags without hesitation and made sure the ride was smooth and comfortable in every way. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the experience pleasant for passengers. Cameron’s professionalism and kind attitude really stood out to me today. I truly appreciated the excellent service!

Overall a lovely stay. Ladonna at the front desk was lovely and super helpful. Michael S. at the bar was friendly and super hard working. The room was nice, not exceptional. Bathroom lights were pretty dim, the bed was so worn you immediately rolled to the center, and the carpets could use replacing. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Pools are lovely and a nice size, though they could use some more lounge chairs at the outside pool.

Spacious room with a balcony. The beds were comfortable. There’s plenty of banquet space to host many events. The Marriott Lounge and the gift shop was stocked up and had plenty of snacks and drinks. The gym was a little confusing to get to but was manageable. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool which was pretty sweet. The hotel is a square shaped, there’s only 2 elevators located in opposite corners. The room assigned was a long walk from the elevators. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful.
