Sheraton Niagara Falls

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice to use when we needed a break from all the tourist activities. We were pleasantly surprised how big the pool was. It's much bigger than other hotels, and there were two hot tubs. The hotel is also in a great location. Many food choices within walking distance. Maid of the Mist, the trolley, and Niagara Park are just a few minutes walk down the road. We will definitely be staying here when we come back.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the shampoo and body lotion, they smelled amazing and were a nice little luxury. The only area that could use improvement was the food. Honestly, I found it a bit bland and lacking flavor. With some enhancements, the dining experience could really match the high standard of service throughout the hotel. Overall, I appreciated the warm hospitality and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had an overall good experience. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the expected services. The customer service was great, friendly and responsive. We were a large group, and while a couple of rooms had minor issues, the front desk handled it quickly by offering alternative rooms. Appreciated the prompt support!
