Sheraton Novi Sad

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights mainly to meet our team in Novi Sad. First issue I had was with booking. The price kept going up and then it went a bit down but I still paid double the normal rate and later I learned breakfast was not included . Very disappointing as our company frequently uses this hotel and there seems to be no recognition for this. Room was comfy but a bit hot and I couldn’t reduce the temperature from the panel any more than 20 degrees but I am sure room was hotter than 20 degrees Celsius. Also the phone in my room kept making noises during night but that was not a major issue. Bed was super comfy and room was clean and shower was great. The room cleaning service after first night didn’t clean my coffee cup and few other bits but for other days it was great. I did check out the SPA but sadly could not use it so my swimming trunks stayed in my luggage the entire stay. Finally I have to add the breakfast was amazing and although always in a rush I enjoyed the selection

The only downside of this hotel is its location, which is about 1,5 km away from city center and the surrounding area isn’t too appealing. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big. Services are great, all people involved being ready to help you in any situation. Hotel’s restaurant is very nice offering quality meals. Prices are reasonable. Hotel’s gym is reasonable large with many equipment.

First time in my life the whole hotel does not have drinkable water in water collers or in bottles. When I asked where to get water they suggested tap water. But they don't drink it. Are you crazy? Charging 300 eur per night and you dont sell water can not refill it in any way after 23:00?
