Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort

We loved our 2 weeks here. The staff were fabulous, the grounds are beautiful, great pool with swim up bar. Right on the beach. Our block had been renovated and we loved our pool view rooms. A blue bird taxi ride to anywhere and close walk to Lotus. Pizzas were fabulous. We would love to return

We had a good time in this hotel. It’s very near to Senggigi harbour. We stayed for 5 nights . My kids loved the pool and the local food was out of this world! It is very close to the beach and we loved watching the sunset from the balcony and the beach. The fire chimney near pool in the night was very interesting to see as well. Service of the hotel is good and people working are very nice. Beach stroll to far end will give even more nice sunset views and it’s connected to local restaurants. Good spot to swim on that side. We leveraged local partner for a boat trip to Gili Islands for a day and next day we went to two fantastic waterfall in Lombok. Overall, pleased with our stay. Note - I think the Hotel was built around 1991 and it’s nicely maintained with the tropical vibe. For this surrounding, it’s nice and apt with full of coconut trees. It may not be very modern but we liked it the way it is…..We also played Tennis in the court.

We stayed at Sheraton Senggigi Lombok for a short honeymoon and overall had a wonderful time. The hotel gave us a complimentary honeymoon decoration in our room along with a slice of cake, which was such a sweet and memorable gesture. We really loved it! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, as you’d expect from a 5-star hotel — they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities are good too: there’s a nice pool, an on-site restaurant, a small playground for kids, and direct access to a beautiful private beach. However, the room interiors and bathroom are very outdated and could really use a renovation. Also, in the beginning, our room’s air conditioner was not working well and felt very hot. We had to call the technician several times until it was finally fixed. It was resolved in the end, but it was a bit annoying because I just wanted to rest after a long day. Overall, it’s still a lovely resort with great service and beautiful surroundings, but I hope they can upgrade the room interiors and equipment soon. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because of the outdated rooms and the initial AC issue — otherwise, it would have been perfect.
