Staying at the Sheraton Towers Singapore was honestly such a great experience. The staff let me check in around noon, which was about two hours earlier than usual, and that made things so much easier after my flight. When I walked into my room, there was a free fruit basket waiting... such a nice surprise Everyone was super friendly and helpful the whole time. I really felt taken care of, and I’ll definitely pick the Sheraton again next time I’m in Singapore. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding at Sheraton Towers Singapore in August 2024 and we couldn't have asked for a better experience, thanks to Valerie Lim and her team! From the moment we started planning, Valerie was absolutely outstanding. She was proactive and meticulous with every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked for our big day. Her support for us was constant every step of the way, from our initial discussions all the way to our big day, when she held the ballroom door open for us with the warmest smile on her face before our first march-in to dinner. It was clear to us and our loved ones that she paid close attention to our requests and was dedicated to ensuring our wedding was exactly what we envisioned. What truly stood out to us was how Valerie always prioritized our desires. At each session we had with her, she took the time to understand what we wanted for our special day. When that day came, she made sure those wishes were brought to life beautifully. Her professionalism, care, and passion really shone through and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for us. Thanks to her expertise and people-first mentality, our wedding day turned out to be absolutely incredible. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast serving wide variety of healthy option, fresh fruit juice, love their mix fruit juice. The available facility, like the pool and gym room were great as well. The room however, is slightly below expectation for the big brand like Sheraton. Bathtub with shower curtain??? Cabinet that seems a bit run-down. Some kind of upgrade is needed to maintain the high standard.
