The service here was exceptional. The evening dinner we had, Killian was the front desk host, also keeping his eye on the restaurant. He was so observant of anything needed. The housekeeping staff did beautiful arrangements. Bed comfy. Food delicious. For breakfast they have a cold buffet but you get to order a hot breakfast, not just some eggs like most but a full menu of options. Exceptional. Sent here by Christelle @gondwanatours

Very pricey motel style accommodation. It does not reflect at all three stars. I would respectfully put only one star. Restaurant menu is always same. Breakfast is the same thing. Their restaurant has no grill. If you ask anything grilled they bring you fried one. Management is very low profile. They have a lot to improve. Nice staff and they try to please you always. I would like to bring to your attention that while the rooms are clean and pleasant, the service exhibits racial profiling, and we did not receive equal treatment. It is vital to secure your belongings, as we experienced missing items/ money that were never found, and the manager's response was unsatisfactory, stating that we had no proof. The bartenders are selective in their service, and the lunch menu does not change, despite claims of rotation. One redeeming feature is the laundry service, which is available for a fee; however, be aware that the establishment does not take responsibility for missing items, and there are no security cameras on site.
