Siamese Hotel Pattaya BW Signature Collection

This hotel is truly beautiful. The lobby is well-designed, air-conditioned, and very welcoming. The walkway to the rooms is also lovely, with calming background music. The elevator is fast, and there’s no long waiting time. The room has great lighting, nice decor, and even a working counter. The bathroom is separated into bath and toilet zones, which is convenient. The closet includes slippers and a laundry bag — a thoughtful detail. However, everything wasn’t perfect. In our room, I felt it wasn’t properly cleaned. I found something dirty on the work counter, a small bottle of inhaler under the bed, and some dust on the floor. In the shower zone, I also found a few strands of hair, which made me feel uncomfortable. I hope the hotel pays more attention to cleanliness in the future, because overall, the place is really nice and has great potential.

Very high water pressure you never see in Pattaya which is good for showering and filling in bathtub. Service was random. You should chase them to give you your daily quota of coffee and tea. Elevator doesn't have air-conditioning which was weird. No tuk tuk service around. You need to rent a motorbike or car or take taxi to go anywhere. Covered parking for motorbike but uncovered for car. Overall very good hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my birthday trip and had a mixed experience. Pros:
The room looked exactly like the photos in the advertisement – spacious, with a nice balcony. I had noted my birthday when booking, and I really appreciated the thoughtful "Happy Birthday" decorations in the room. There's also a 7-Eleven not too far away, which is super convenient. The staff were quite friendly and polite throughout my stay. Cons:
Unfortunately, the room had a very strong musty smell that hit me the moment I walked in. The pillowcases still had a damp odor, like they had been stored without drying properly. The glass coasters in the bathroom were covered in black mold and hadn’t been replaced. The floor was also constantly damp and never fully dried, even with the air conditioning on 24/7. The TV signal was poor, no access to YouTube, and the Wi-Fi was very weak and unstable. Overall:
This hotel might be okay for a short stay if you’re not too sensitive to smells or minor cleanliness issues. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a long vacation or relaxing getaway – it’s not quite suitable for that.
