I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was their vitamin bar, it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. They offered a wide variety of fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes packed with nutrients and flavor. It was the perfect way to start the day, and stay refreshed The staff over there were all so sweet and welcoming Special thanks to Ahmet, highly professional and the sweetest he made us feel like we're at home, nothing we asked for was difficult to do! they made us special fresh mixes tailored to our taste, whether we were by the pool side or by the beach the vitamin bar was our go-to option everyday Highly recommend this hotel and i'll definitely be coming back!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great location. Rooms are clean. Highly recommended. Animation team don't get too involved like other hotels and I did think there would be foam parties being a 5 star hotel but its very quiet, there are 3 or 4 aqua slides. You surrounded by other hotels with alot of activities if this is your thing.

The hotel is a budget 5-star, or more realistically, a 4-star. Room: we arrived after 11 AM and were checked in right away. We had booked a Family Deluxe Pool View room and got exactly that. Yes, the room wasn’t newly renovated, but it was clean, the bed linen was fresh, and the air conditioning worked well. There were two minibars stocked with water and soda. The bathroom and towels were also clean. The only toiletries provided were hand soap and shower gel, I would have liked to have shampoo as well. Food: the food was good. Every day there were 1 - 2 types of fish, turkey, and chicken, along with fresh, marinated, and grilled vegetables, green salads, and other appetizers. There were also fries, mashed potatoes, and rice. A wide variety of desserts was offered. Fruits included bananas, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruit, watermelon, melon, and apricots. Over the week, there were three themed dinners: Turkish night, sushi night, and seafood night. The sushi was so-so, but the Turkish and seafood nights were delicious. You can also have lunch at the beach - fries, nuggets, burgers, pizza, and gözleme (very tasty). Dining Area: a downside was that I saw smudges on the plates a couple of times. Tables were also not always wiped down properly. Pool: the grounds were generally clean. Sunbeds were taken quickly, but not in a way that people would claim them and disappear for the whole day. However, be aware that the entire pool area is basically one big smoking zone. If you dislike cigarette smoke, do not come to this hotel. The same applies to the beach - it would be nice to breathe some fresh sea air there, but instead, you're surrounded by cigarette smoke. Beach: it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach. A shuttle runs every 15 minutes approximately from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, and then from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The walk itself is fine, but the road passes by a construction site and is very dusty. Entertainment: there was evening entertainment every night. Nothing grand, but it was decent. I’m deducting 1 point for minor cleanliness issues in the dining area and the dusty road to the beach, and 2 points for the pervasive smoking, which you simply can’t escape.
