The hotel we came to with our family during Eid al-Adha The sea of the hotel is number 10 anyway most hotels in Evrenseki region have beautiful seas there is a shuttle service to the sea every 10 minutes. There is no shortage of sunbeds in the hotel and on the beach despite the holiday The staff at the hotel are generally good (especially those at the main restaurant) the bar staff generally like foreign tourists and do not care much when Turks come The food at the hotel is limited (there is not much variety, there is only 1 of each product) I can say that the taste is above average The breakfast is almost fixed The interesting thing is that there are no fries at breakfast (despite the hotel's description saying it is a child-friendly hotel) Lunch is served at the hotel with a variety below average, hamburgers and pasta type things are served at the beach between 12.30 and 14.30 The dinner is a little more diverse (compared to lunch) as I said in terms of taste, it is above average, it will satisfy your hunger. It is a child-friendly hotel and the ice cream that children love the most is served only at dinner, at noon on the beach (14.30-15.30)… There is a small water slide, its hours are (10-12 and 14-16) it says it usually opens at 10.45 in the morning and at 15.00 in the afternoon, I have never seen it open for 2 hours, I would say it is safe to say. 80% of the hotel is German and the age is 55-60 and above Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are average

Positive points: - Top-notch entertainment team 👍 - Friendly staff - Smaller hotel than others, which creates a more family-friendly atmosphere where everyone gets to know each other. - Shows every evening except Sundays when the entertainment team is off. - You can always find a table to eat. - They have a non-smoking dining area. - Optical, clothing, and boutique stores where you can find all the basic necessities in the restaurant and spa. - Doctor/nurse on site. - Decent meals. Cons: - No ice cream, waffles, or other snacks at the pool (unlike other hotels), but there are some in the afternoon at the beach restaurant. - Iced coffee and fresh fruit juices are available, but at a cost. - The hotel's exit from the Kumkoy side is closed, requiring a detour when you could be directly at the small Kumkoy bridge. Exit only from the front of the hotel on the Crown side. Palace - Beach with umbrellas, less practical than tarpaulins (like Dream World, for example) - Umbrella tables are often dirty from the morning at the pool - Ground around the loungers is dangerous because they're flooded with water that doesn't drain well - Limited selection of alcohol included in the all-inclusive package Basically, there are better options because they lack little things we get in other hotels (crepes, waffles, ice cream at the pool). But it was still nice thanks to a great entertainment team, a small environment that felt close, and German tourists (90%) who were very friendly and welcoming (we're French). However, we got sick (tourista), spending a day lying down, taking turns vomiting and having diarrhea (fortunately, we had antibiotics with us, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation a little longer, but without them, the last 3 to 5 days would have been ruined). I don't blame the hotel; I don't know how we got it. that, but we didn't eat anywhere else (apart from the hotel's beach restaurant) and in the evening in town we only drank drinks from tightly closed bottles
