Side Royal Paradise

Hygiene is lacking in this hotel, the towels came with stains, mold on the bathroom tiles. In restaurant the cups and plates were not clean. The staff doesn't speak english, only german and russian. Pro: good food, many varieties, sunbed included at beach, also drinks and food on the beach.

It wasn't clean at all. Rooms dusty and dirty. Sheets and pillows smell awful and they had holes. The staff is rude and unhelpful. the whole lobby, hotel, pool bar, pool smelled awful. The plates, glasses and cutlery were also dirty. We got food poisoning from their food and they dont have a doctor. we had to call our insurance company to get us a ride to the clinic and a doctor even tho it is stated that they have a doctor in the hotel. They offered to call us a taxi to a hospital but we would have to pay for it.

Try not to get sick from the mold. Everything smells because of it and cant even use the all inclusive hotel to the fullest because of how bad the bar smells like. The food isn’t good either. Everything breaks at least once a day so can’t drink coffee from the coffee machine either. Service isn’t good only few people actually speak english. Once we tried to call someone since it said we can use the phone 24/7 but a person on the reception disconnect our phone twice. At least the beach is close but didn’t use it much since my whole family was throwing up because of the mold and dirty plates.
