Side Sunport Hotel & Spa All Inclusive

Hotel is one from the best in Turkey. We have a perfect very nice family apartment. The five starts are deservedly. All food service are on high level. We like traditional turkey food but they have classic Mediterranean Europe foot too. The near is hotel beach with bar and more beach sunbeds. The hotel have big pools with poolbar. Allow me to start with things that were great about the hotel. The reception team was extremely professional and helpful. The cleaning staff was quick and meticulous. The food was fresh and tasty. I especially enjoyed themed dinners that took place every second day. I saw an African acrobatics team perform and I truly recommend seeing it. Unfortunately, I also have a few complaints. The main one being the waiters. In that hotel, you need to wait for them to walk up to you in order to order drinks. Finding a clean table was a real struggle. One time, during breakfast, we waited for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. Even though we tried getting someone's attention the waiters just avoided eye contact. I really don't like this system and it shouldn't take place in a 5-star hotel. Some employees didn't know basic English, it was a struggle, especially when I wanted to order a specific coffee. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I do recommend the hotel, but they have some things to work on.

Most annoying hotel ever! The music is so loud every night until 23:30 i just can't stand it anymore. I'm staying at a nearby hotel and even if i close the windows the music is disturbingly loud. I don't understand how the guests there can stand the noise.
