Side Win Otel & Spa All inclusive

I stayed at Side win Hotel from June 2nd to June 6th. I was alone in this hotel and I really enjoyed it. But to be honest, this is a hotel that is great for families and their children. The kids just have fun and play and enjoy themselves. I was also happy to see the kids happy. The hotel staff are the best, believe me, they responded to every request I had from them immediately. It is really a big job to run this hotel with so many guests and it is an art in itself. My room was very clean and excellent in every way, it was really one of the cleanest rooms I have ever experienced. The food was everything, the breakfast milk I needed was prepared for me immediately by the restaurant employee. All the restaurant and bar staff worked non-stop and with passion from morning to night. I thank them. Mr. Alaeddin was the cook who prepared kebabs on the grill in the hotel courtyard every evening. He was a very nice and friendly man from Diyarbakir, Turkey, who prepared very tasty kebabs slowly and for about three to four hours standing for the guests. I would like to say hello to him and thank him right here. The receptionists, Mr. Ibrahim and Mrs. Shefika, were very kind and excellent. They answered every question I had calmly and responded to everything I had to do immediately. I am very grateful to them. These two people are the credit and value of the hotel. The distance to the sea is about 700 meters, and every half hour the hotel's free shuttle takes guests to the beach. The beach bar is great, you can have your lunch there with peace of mind. Everything is ready from the sunbeds and umbrellas there. The animation team, who work very hard to make the environment happy for children and adults, the head of the animation team, dear Burak, who is a flower in the hotel, is such a dear and lovely person that I have not said enough about his goodness. A few nights ago, I asked him for a song, but I didn't have time and I had forgotten. But the next day, I was sitting in the lobby bar, Burak came and hugged me and said, "Mohammad Reza, I will play your favorite song now," and he played it immediately, which was the best gift for me. Dear Burak, thank you for your respect. You are very great and generous. I hope to see you again. Mr. Riza was a very friendly and funny young in the reception. Finally, I want to say that the respect for the guest in this hotel is at the highest level, a safe and happy and fun environment for children, facilities and food and drinks were presented to the guests in the best way and without stinginess, which, believe me, was not seen in such abundance in five-star hotels. Before arriving, I was hesitant to come to this hotel because of some negative comments I read, but now I am very happy that I chose this hotel and now I say that this hotel deserves five stars. And I congratulate the hotel manager and the staff, don't be tired and I hope that every day is better than yesterday and you are always brilliant.good luck

I am genuinely very open minded and believe in the mantra you get what you pay for but that is not the case here, I plead with anyone DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Arrived first night at 1130 to be told the bar is open until 12 but couldn't get served anything but coffee, 2 adults and 3 kids been travelling all day and that was all they had left. Next morning within 2 and a half hours we had been told by 2 of the better staff they had been there a month and wanted out, they hated*their words). By 1400 on the second day we were that disillusioned i tried to get hold of our booking company which rang out. Constantly running out of drinks and ice, the food was appalling, nothing for kids, seemed like an hotel run on a very tight budget. 3 fights round the pool, towels changed after the fourth day even though there was only one big towel between five people. Cracked tiles on the floor everywhere. We must of spent at least £2000 eating out it was that bad. No WiFi, no kids club, no entertainment. This review is the tip of the iceberg, I will be demanding some money back. Awful.

Where do i start. Food was awful, inedible, and not great for kids who are picky eaters. Breakfast was okay, as there was pancakes and pastries that were good. Lunch and dinner was awful. All inclusive but there were 5 drinks to choose from at the bar. They all tasted the same. Cheap Vodka and beer, that all tasted the same and had no variety. Water fridge did not work, and was often left empty for ages, which was not great as its best to hydrate in the hot weather. Pool was great, only redeeming quality, but you could go to a better hotel with a better pool and better facilities. The room was terrible. No shower handle so you have to hold the shower head, and balcony was stained with something yellow. Workers did not speak a word of English and were often rude. Beds were covered in hair, and covered by a cover. Air conditioning and fridge in the room did not work, and was often too hot inside the room at nighttime. Area is okay, nice steakhouse next door and loads of markets, however most shops rip you off and charge you more than they say. The lift inside the hotel is also very sketchy, and i heard that people were stuck inside it for minutes. This hotel is not worth the money, as the only ok things are the pool and the entertainment.
